A fire broke out in an apartment on the sixth floor of Galolhu Ufuriyaage late last night, completely destroying one room, Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) has stated.
The blaze occurred in Apartment B on the sixth floor of the building, located opposite VB Mart and Ihusaan Store, at around 11:30 hrs. MNDF firefighters extinguished the fire shortly after midnight.
