Maldivian has said that the technical issues faced by their Airbus A320 flight has been resolved, with the flight having returned to Male' this afternoon.
The airline said that with the aircraft facing technical issues, repair and maintenance services had been sought at Sepang Aircraft Engineering in Malaysia. They said that the flight will resume operations from tonight onwards.
Male'- Dhaka (Bangladesh) flights on this aircraft will resume at 21:00 hrs tonight, Maldivian said.
Yesterday's Male'-Dhaka flight had been cancelled due to the flight requiring repairs. The same aircraft had faced issues during June as well, and had been serviced.
The company said that yesterday's flight had been cancelled as additional issues had been observed when testing after servicing.
