Dhiraagu has signed as the Digital Partner for the Maldives Travel Conference - Women's Edition 2024.
The conference, scheduled to start tomorrow at Hotel Jen, is organized by the Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) with a focus on challenges faced by women in the tourism industry, and to determine ways of overcoming said challenges.
An all women panel will lead the conference, which aims to increase women's participation in the industry and to provide wider opportunities for them.
Manager, Brand and Events, at Dhiraagu, Naya Shareef emphasized the importance of this conference for the tourism field. She added that Dhiraagu sees it as key to contribute towards the advancement of the field through collaboration in such conferences and acting as their Digital Transformation Partner.
MATATO CEO Aminath Suzan said that this conference falls within efforts by the association towards women's empowerment. She extended thanks to Dhiraagu for their support.
