Towing of vehicles and fine issuance to resume due to spiraled parking violations

Maldives Police Services has decided to resume issuance of parking tickets and towing of unlawfully parked vehicles in a bid to control the escalated parking situation in the streets of the Male’ province.

A statement released by the police yesterday stated that vehicles are parked in manners that impede ease of travel for pedestrians, vehicles and notably, emergency vehicles and buses through the streets of Male' region.
