The Maldivian woman who went missing during Umrah, the ongoing Islamic pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, was found Monday.
Hajj Corporation's Managing Director Ismail Hameed revealed that the woman was found near the Jamrah pillars in Mina. He assured that she was in good health when found.
The elderly woman went missing during the ritual walk between the mountains Safa and Marwa on Saturday. Hajj Corporation did not disclose further details on her.
A total of 84 people went on the pilgrimage under the care of the government company. Hameed stated that everyone was doing well.
There have been several cases of people going missing during the pilgrimages of Hajj and Umrah in the past as well.
