Hinna Khalid has been appointed as a Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She resigned from her earlier position as Permanent Secretary at Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology on Thursday.
Hinna Khalid has been appointed as a Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She resigned from her earlier position as Permanent Secretary at Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology on Thursday.
She was appointed to the role for a five-year term in June, following the resignation of former Permanent Secretary Abdul Rahman Salah Rasheed.
Hinna has also served as Undersecretary at the President's Office and held a senior role at Male' City Council.
At present, there are three other Deputy Ministers at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as per the President's Office website. They are Aiminath Rana Hussain Shiham, Ibrahim Shaaz Habeeb and Ali Janah.
