The New York Times bestselling author and customer service expert Ron Kaufman has presented a unique seminar on September 3 together with the Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP).
With the introspective topic of "Building a culture of leaders who care", Ron captured the audience of 250 people with his engaging teaching style at Maldives National University (MNU) Auditorium. Attendees from small and large organizations of the Maldives were present at the seminar, looking to learn more from the "Up your service" philosophy Ron has crafted.
MAHRP President Hussain Afeef was quoted as saying how the event exhibited compassion and empathy that can be demonstrated in the workplace, in neighborhoods, and everywhere else people live.
The objective by MAHRP to host a seminar of this caliber every year, is to provide workplace leaders and professionals to network and have conversations on how to cultivate a balanced work environment. The seminar will host a different thought leader every year based on prospective themes.
The seminar was rounded off with certification given for each individual attendee along with a signed copy of Ron’s book "Uplifting Service - The proven path to delighting your customers, colleagues and everyone else you meet".
