The footage shows two persons leaving the site of an accident without waiting for police to arrive, with one seen to run away.

Police did not state when the accident had occurred.
Police said that the two are being sought in relation to an investigation into the accident being run by Henveiru Police, stating that they have not been identified so far.
They appealed to the public to inform them if any information about the individuals is known.
