Two persons have been injured in a collision between a speedboat and a dinghy near Hulhumale' on Tuesday night.
Police said that the accident occurred around 20:30 hrs last night near Banana Reef, outside Hulhumale'.
The speedboat that was involved in the accident is Blue Surgeon, which was travelling from Kaafu atoll Himmafushi to Sheraton Resort.
Police said that 22 people were on the speedboat at the time of the accident.
According to the Police, the two persons injured in the accident are those on the dinghy; a Maldivian and a foreigner. They confirmed that neither received serious injuries.
No persons on the speedboat were injured in the accident.
