Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL)'s acting Managing Director Moosa Solih, on Sunday, retired from the company after 39 years of service.
Uncle to the incumbent president, Moosa stepped in as acting Managing Director, after MACL's former Managing Director Adil Moosa retired on November 2018.
Moosa's predecessor served the company for 26 years .
Given his 65 years of age, Moosa is also set to receive a retirement package from the company.
The Deputy Chief Information Officer Moosa Solih was replaced by current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) Gordon Andrew Stuart, after roughly two years of operation without a Managing Director. He was appointed to the position in June.
