The ministry said that interested individuals can send in proposals by December 8.
The position is offered on a two year contract basis, with the selected applicant having to work out of the Finance Ministry offices.
The remuneration offered for the position has not been disclosed in the announcement.
Eligible applicants must hold a Degree or higher in Accounting and Financing fields, and hold a minimum of ten years experience in the sector.
Responsibilities include formulating a reform strategy, compiling economic, SOE and fiscal reform related progress reports, and creating related frameworks and plans.
Next year's budget has several actions proposed to decrease government expenditure, including the introduction of targeted subsidies.
