President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and Vice President Faisal Naseem on Saturday attended a cricket match held in celebration of Milan Cricket Acadamy's 10th anniversary.
The commemorative T20 match held at Ekuveni Cricket Ground was played between a team from MCA and former national team players.
The President awarded medals to the winning team after the match.
MCA is a non-government organization in Maldives that is devoted to promoting the progress of cricket in the country.
In addition to the President and VP, Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment Ahmed Mahloof and several other government and sports officials attended the match.
