Foundation of South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Writers and Literature (FOSWAL), on Friday, awarded President Ashraf Ali of the Dhivehi Language Academy, with the Literary Award.
Senior members including Ashraf are taking part in the FOSWAL hosted three-day 'South Asian Literature Festival', in New Delhi, India.
Ashraf was appointed President of the Academy following its inception in 2011 and has attained higher education in the field of linguistics.
