Deputy Speaker of Parliament and Dhigurah MP Ahmed Nazim has suggested that those involved in crimes against Palestine should be specifically banned from entering the Maldives as part of punitive actions against Israel's genocide against Palestine.

Speaking during a meeting of the Parliament's Committee on National Security Services (241) regarding the proposed amendment to the Immigration Act to ban Israeli passport holders, Nazim shared his perspective on targeting restrictions.
