Three men have been arrested over kidnapping a 17 year old child in Shaviyan Lhaimagu.
The minor was kidnapped on Sunday evening. Two men aged 26, and a 31 year old man was arrested on Tuesday, according to the Police.
A team from Police and Gender Ministry have left for Lhaimagu to investigate the accusations that the minor was assaulted while kidnapped as well.
As this is a case involving a minor, it is not permissible for information that may give away the identity of the child to be revealed to the media.
