Bayfancy to use pile foundation to build Bayfancy Residence

Bayfancy has stated that the residential project they are currently working on will be constructed using pile foundation construction to ensure that the building is of the highest quality.

The company said that to ensure the building of this residential project remains undamaged for a long time, they have decided that pile foundation is the most suitable after conducting geological studies and examining various practices used in foundation laying. They described this as something that will give assurance to those who want to live in the luxury building constructed by the company.

For the project the company plans to use pile foundation construction with 372 piles laid 15 meters deep into the ground.

Bayfancy said that just as a large tree's root system provides support to the tree, the pile foundation will provide the necessary support for the building.

A pile foundation is a type of deep foundation made by arranging piles including long columns and driving the piles into the ground. This is done to place the weight of the building on the most stable part of the ground. This is commonly done to provide the necessary support for the building's weight in situations where the soil is weak and unable to provide adequate support, as well as in response to certain geological conditions.

Pile foundations distribute the weight of the building evenly to the deepest part of the soil. This helps prevent issues such as the building tilting later on. This process provides the necessary support for buildings in areas prone to earthquakes, protecting the structure from seismic waves.

This process also ensures the building's stability by properly supporting its weight in areas with soft soil and high water tables. According to the company, pile foundations protect the building from damages related to foundation issues as well, proving long-term safety for the building.

HDC also provided the company with the necessary health and safety information this week, related to the area where Bayfancy Residence construction work is taking place.
