The Homeland Security Ministry made these remarks in response to the recent Criminal Court ruling where all seven accused in the murder of Mohamed Anas was acquitted.

"To ensure that this kind of issue is not repeated, and to uphold the laws, the Attorney General has commenced work to review and research necessary amendments that must be brought to the laws in the criminal justice system," the Ministry's statement reads.
