Two PG Office lawyers suspended in sexual harassment case

Two lawyers from the Prosecutor General’s (PG) Office have been suspended over allegations of sexual harassment.

According to a statement issued by the PG Office today, the internal ethics committee is currently investigating the two prosecutors for alleged misconduct and violation of ethical standards.

The office confirmed that both individuals have been suspended from duty pending the outcome of the investigation.

The case is also being investigated as a criminal matter by the police.

However, neither the police or PG Office have disclosed further details at this time.
