The pre-show held as a headline event ahead of the "Maldives Broadcast Awards 2022" was welcomed strongly.
The pre-show was held on Friday, September 9 at Hulhumale' with public participation.
The pre-show event included participation of event partners featuring several entertainment activities ranging from traditional drum fare (Boduberu) and children's activities. For the event, event partners had installed several stalls for attendees to experience as well.
Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), one of the event partners, had facilitated a free experience of its recently unveiled RTL bus service. Litus, another partner, distributed over 500 helmets to attendees.
State Electric Company (STELCO) had distributed LED bulbs to the attendees, while other event partners had facilitated attendees to experience their respective products and services.
The journalism and broadcasting achievement recognition event is scheduled for September 14, 2022 at the Synthetic Tracks, Hulhumale'.
Broadcast Commission confirms the contenders have been assessed by the panel of judges, while the marks sheet of finalists has been handed over to the event's audit partner.
MTCC is the associate partner of the 2022 edition of the awarding event. STELCO and FSM signed on as event sponsors, HDC signed on as the event's hosting partner. Crowe Maldives is the official audit partner while Ooredoo Maldives is the event's digital partner.
