Presidential Jetty renovation cost estimated at MVR 11 million

The Presidential Jetty; Izzudheen Faalan, or more commonly known as Jetty No. 1 in Male' City will undergo major renovations costing MVR 11.7 million (USD 758,450), according to Maldives Transport and Construction Company (MTCC).

MTCC, the company which initially built the jetty has recently closed off the jetty area from the public this week, with a poster on display indicating the renovation activities to take place there.
