Police have released details of the two arrestees, identified as Hussain Shaaif of Vidhuvaru, Baa Atoll Dharavandhoo, and Ismail VIshal of Maafannu DhaarulGaraaru, Male'.
Police have said that they are conducting investigations into this case, but declined from providing additional information.
It is so far unclear what the stolen electronic goods were, or their value.
