A man who suffered a heart attack while participating in the Dhiraagu Road Race held last month has passed away yesterday.
A man who suffered a heart attack while participating in the Dhiraagu Road Race held last month has passed away yesterday.
Ali Umar Manik suffered a heart attack while he running in the road race held on October 25.
Manik, who was 45 years of age when he passed away, was the owner of the Oregano restaurant.
He collapsed near the end of the race, and was rushed to Tree Top Hospital. He passed away while continuing to receive treatment there.
