Two brothers, both who have memorized the Quran - thereby attaining the status of 'Hafiz' - will be leading the Tarawih prayers at the Islamic Centre.
These two brothers are Salman Mohamed Latheef and Sulthan Mohamed Latheef.
Sulthan, the Imam at the Islamic Centre, has been leading Tarawih prayers at the mosque since the beginning of this Ramadan.
Along with him, Islamic Centre Imam Sheikh Ibrahim Rasheed Hassan also led prayers at the mosque.
However, Salman has replaced Sheikh Hassan and commenced leading Tarawih prayers at the mosque from Monday night.
Salman and Sulthan are sons of the Senior Imam of the Islamic Centre, Sheikh Mohamed Latheef.
