Moolee, Ooredoo Maldives' e-commerce platform has handed over iPhones to customers who pre-ordered the latest Apple handset.
A special event was held at Ooredoo Maldives head office to deliver smartphones to customers on Friday evening, September 29.
Customers were not required to stand in queues for extended hours to receive their phones.
Live music and recreation filled the air at the event, while Ooredoo Maldives confirmed that Moolee will begin delivering iPhones to customers who could not attend the hand-over event.
Moolee's pre-order for the latest Apple handset was offered at discounted rates. Ooredoo Maldives customers who pre-ordered the iPhone 15 series through Moolee are entitled to 100GB free data allowance for three months.
The iPhone 15 and its larger Plus model feature a 48-megapixel main camera, telephoto options, and are powered by the latest A16 Bionic chips. Additionally, these new models have transitioned from previous charging ports to contemporary USB-C ports.
The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are the most light-weight pro models Apple has released so far, and were designed with lightweight titanium for endurance.
