The total imports to the Maldives, including fuel, observed a 4 percent decline in April, according to Maldives Customs Service.
According to the authority, total imports including fuel amounted to MVR 4.5 billion. However, imports excluding fuel observed a 19 percent increase and was recorded at MVR 3.7 billion.
Exports from the Maldives reached a total of MVR 193 million, reflecting a 4 percent increase.
