Fairmont Tokyo, a world-class hotel brand from Accor and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a renowned real estate developer in Japan, is anticipated to open in 2025.

The luxury brand's first hotel in Japan, Fairmont Tokyo, will include 219 bedrooms with breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay. It is part of a development developed under the National Strategic Special Zone Program and is located on the higher floors of the Shibaura Project's South Tower. It is unique in that it is the only cosmopolitan location with access to business, culture, and well-being amenities. The wonderful position of this hotel is very convenient, since it is only an 18-minute drive from Haneda International Airport and adjacent to Hamamatsu Railway Station.

Fairmont Tokyo will also feature a variety of suites, three restaurants and bars, a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, meeting rooms, banquet facilities, and a chapel, all of which will provide a welcome retreat from the city's bustle.
