Nabeeha Abdul Razzaq on Friday, won Gold medal for Maldives from Badminton Women's single at the ongoing Indian Ocean Island Games 2019 in Mauritius.
This marks the first time Maldives won Gold at an international level from Badminton.
Nabeehaa won two straight sets against Seychelles in the finals with a score of 21-41 and 21-10 respectively.
She has been representing Maldives internationally at various competitions and has won multiple medals.
