A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) and Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) and Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
The MoU was signed on August 10 during ACC President Adam Shaamil's visit to Hong Kong on invitation of ICAC.
Along with Shaamil, ICAC Commissioner Woo Ying-ming signed the MoU.
Some of the key points in the MoU include:
- Exchange of information in corruption and money laundering investigations
- Collaboration in the recovery of funds lost through corruption and money laundering
- Assistance in combatting corruption and money laundering
- Collaboration in team development efforts
- Conducting of forums, seminars, conferences and workshops on combatting corruption and money laundering
