At least four individuals have been injured to various degrees in two separate altercations in Male' City.
The incidents took place and were reported on early Monday morning, 02nd May 2022.
Local law enforcement authorities have confirmed that the first incident took place around the central district of Male' City, near "Maaveyo" mosque.
The incident was reported around 06:00hrs of the morning which had involved two individuals sustaining injuries. The two were rushed to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).
The second altercation was reported sometime around 09:00hrs of the same morning at the junction connecting Majeedhee Magu (main road of Male' City) with Janavaree Magu - in Henveiru district.
The altercation had left two with varying degrees of injuries and were rushed to ADK Hospital for medical emergency.
Meanwhile, a video footage of one of the altercations have already made to various social media channels.
Maldives Police Service confirms they were currently investigating both the incidents.
