Dhiraagu announced a special promotion on Sunday, offering 55 extra allowance on mobile boosters, in celebration of 55 years of independence in Maldives.
Under this promotion, customers that activate Dhiraagu Prepaid Mini Boosters and Postpaid Boosters will receive an extra 55 percent data allowance upon each purchase.
According to Dhiraagu, the offer will be valid from July 26 until August 3, 2020.
Dhiraagu expressed hopes that the extra data will help their customers “to stay entertained and connected with their loved ones while they celebrate this special holiday”, as most of the July 26 celebrations are expected to be held online.
This year, the state cancelled the official Independence Day assembly and other annual activities in order to curb further spread of COVID-19.
Dhiraagu stated that the company plays a pivot role in “enriching lives and uplifting customers everyday digital experience”.
