Land and flat registration handover to begin this week: President

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has announced that efforts are underway to register and transfer ownership rights for land plots and flats under the Gedhoruveriyaa scheme of former President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih's administration, and this process will be begin this week.

Under the previous government's Binveriyaa scheme, 9,001 plots were allotted in Hulhumalé 2, Hulhumalé 3, Gulhifalhu, and Giraivaru Falhu in the first round, and registrations were issued to some of the recipients.
