The Indian tourist market has once again become the top source market to the Maldives, replacing Russia.
According to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Tourism, as of June 4, the total number of Indian tourists arriving in the Maldives on an annual basis was recorded at 96,442. Following closely behind, Russia accounted for 96,352 arrivals to the Maldives thus far.
