O Level graduates invited to volunteer in Higher Education

Ministry of Higher Education has opened the opportunity for O Level graduates to work as volunteers at the Ministry.

The Ministry announced that students who have completed Grade 10 can send in their applications starting today.

The Ministry aims to provide these students with work experience and develop their interests in the field by allowing them to volunteer as they enter the workforce after completing their O Levels.

Volunteers will be given the chance to work at the Ministry for a period of three months and will receive a certificate of experience upon completion. Students who wish to gain more than three months of work experience will also be accommodated, according to the Ministry.

Documents required for application

- An expression of interest to volunteer

- CV including the applicant's email address and phone number

- Copy of National Identity Card

- If the applicant is under 18, a letter from a parent stating there is no objection to volunteering

The Ministry of Higher Education has set the deadline for submitting applications to Wednesday, August 7, by 13:30 hrs.
