In trying to dismiss Nasheed, MDP will lose again: Azim

Parliamentary Group Leader of The Democrats and MP for Henveiru Central constituency Ali Azim has stated on Thursday that by attempting to dismiss Parliament Speaker Mohamed Nasheed from his position, the Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) will have to face yet another major defeat.

While MDP has raised concerns whether the no-condifence motion will be allowed to go through, the Parliament Secretariat has placed the matter on agenda for Sunday's parliamentary sitting.
