Hard Rock Hotel (HRH) Maldives has kickstarted the “Rock & Soul Month”, a full 31-day health and fitness festival for its guests.

The wellness retreat launched on March 9 will run until April 7 and features an action-packed schedule of activities for every wellness seeker. The sessions include morning runs, beach yoga, martial arts, self-defense, dance fitness, aerial arts, aqua gym, strength sessions, nutrition and lifestyle classes, and snorkeling trips.

Additionally, during the health and fitness month, the sessions can be personalized by the guests to suit their unique fitness needs.

HRH also encourages guests to join at least two daily sessions to “maximize their wellness journey” while little Roxtars, the hotel’s in-house kids club, will have a fun-filled calendar of health-focused activities to keep them entertained including hopscotch, hula hoop, juggling, dance classes, martial arts, and yoga among others.

HRH has also invited two leading professionals, Danny O’Sullivan, an expert in mobility and strength training and Kristie Walker, a nutritionist and lifestyle consultant to enhance the wellness experience.

They will work alongside HRH's onsite health and fitness experts, such as Amanda, the resident dance fitness instructor; Xenia, an aerial arts instructor; Mooza, a yoga teacher; and Rafa, a black belt Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor, to provide guests with a comprehensive fitness experience.

Additionally, HRH has introduced the new “Aloha Package” at the Rock Spa which includes a 30-minute body scrub followed by a relaxing 60-minute massage and ending with a refreshing 30-minute mini facial. The package is available for USD 185 per person and USD 345 per couple.

Speaking about the Rock & Soul Month, the Managing Director of Hard Rock Hotel Maldives Tolga Unan said, “We are delighted to invite guests from around the world to our Rock & Soul Month, as we elevate health and fitness to new levels of luxury.”

Rock & Soul Month follows the celebration of Carnival Week, which took place from February 24 to March 4 at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives. The event brought the renowned carnival celebrations of Latin America to the resort and included a colorful carnival parade, a masquerade party, and various Latin-themed activities and Brazilian culinary experiences.
