Investigation into Zakiyya's death ongoing, team still in Holhudhoo: Police

Investigation into the death of Zakiyya Moosa, who was found with severe injuries including a slashed throat outside her home in Noonu atoll Holhudhoo is ongoing and a team of investigators are still on the island, Commissioner of Police Ali Shujau said today.

Zakiyya's body was discovered on 10th September, outside her home's kitchen area, towards a storage space. So far, authorities have not declared it a murder, and no arrests have been made in connection to the case.
