President Dr Mohamed Muizzu visited K Gulhi today.
He was welcomed by the residents of Gulhi upon his arrival this evening.
The purpose of this one day trip is to meet with the island's council as he had not previously met with them during the council-meeting tour he started last year.
The president will also be meeting with the island's Women's Development Committee (WDC) and other locals from Gulhi.
In early December last year, the President visited several islands in Kaafu atoll. He has visited some islands in the atoll. During these visits, he visited Gaafaru, Huraa and Hinmafushi and met with the island councils and WDCs.
This visit to Gulhi is his first visit to the councils this year.
