The agreement for the development of a quality warehousing complex with modern facilities has been signed today between Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and Rotime Engineering and Technology Ltd.
The complex is being developed with the inclusion of facilities for an automated warehouse management system.
Managing Director Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed signed the agreement on behalf of HDC and Managing Director Zhou Weidong signed on behalf of the contractor, Rotime Engineering and Technology Ltd.
Under the agreement, the construction of the warehousing complex is scheduled to be completed in two years.
Speaking to the press during the ceremony, Fazul said that the complex will bring a revolutionary change to the industry and growth opportunities to businesses.
