An expatriate worker who fell from the ninth floor of a building on Chandhanee Magu this morning has succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
The 20-year-old Indian man fell from the ninth floor of a building while attempting to repair an air conditioner.
Earlier, the police reported that the man fell around 10:00 hrs and was in critical condition when taken to IGMH. However, he succumbed to his injuries at around 13:30 hrs, according to an IGMH official.
Instances of individuals falling from buildings and succumbing to injuries have occurred in the past, particularly among expatriate workers, often while engaged in work-related activities.
