Dharumavantha Hospital, the new state-of-the-art medical institute of 25 storeys is currently the tallest building in the Maldives. Its development, undertaken by Singapore's Shenhua Construction, commenced in 2016. The government plans to unveil the first six floors of the tower on July 26, 2018, the Independence Day of the Maldives.
