Inauguration of Development Bank of Maldives

Malé City - November 16, 2024: Inauguration of Development Bank of Maldives (DBM). The bank was inaugurated at a ceremony held at the Islamic Center yesterday, by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu. He also visited the bank's office after. The bank will seek to address the challenges in funding PSIP projects through syndication finance and increase the attractiveness of foreign currency deposits in the country’s banking system.
