Dhiraagu awarded Maldives' Broadband Telecom Company of the Year at Asian Telecom Award

Dhiraagu has been honored with the accolade of the nation's premier broadband telecom company at this year's Asian Telecom Awards.

The Asian Telecom Awards serve as a platform to acknowledge the accomplishments of the communication sector in the region, applauding the strides made by companies in fostering a contemporary digital landscape.

This prestigious award was conferred in acknowledgment of Dhiraagu's dedication to delivering high-speed mobile and fiber broadband services to an island nation characterized by a dispersed population across multiple islands, such as the Maldives. The award recognizes the company's commitment to advancing communication and digital connectivity.

Dhiraagu has successfully introduced 5G services, now accessible to 50% of the population. As one of the most prominent communication service providers in the country, Dhiraagu continues to enhance its network infrastructure.

Last week Dhiraagu achieved the 'Country's Fastest Mobile Network' award at the Ookla Speedtest Awards.
