During his trip, which is scheduled to last until Thursday, the President will be visiting Addu, Fuvahmulah, Gaafu Alif and Gaafu Dhaalu. His first stop will be in Addu, with the Fuvahmulah visit planned for tomorrow afternoon.

In Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, the President will be visiting four islands: Faresmathoda, Madaveli, Thinadhoo and Gahdhoo.

On Wednesday, he will begin travels to seven islands in Gaafu Alif Atoll: Gahdhoo, Gemanafushi, Kon'de, Villin'gili, Kolamafushi, Dhaandhoo and Kooddoo.

The President's Office said that during this trip, the President will be having meetings with islands councils, as well as the general public of these islands. He will also make official announcements of a number of projects.
