The government has appointed Dr. Ibrahim Yasir Ahmed as the CEO of Addu Equatorial Hospital (AEH).
AEH announced on social media that Dr. Yasir has been appointed as the CEO of the hospital on March 4.
The post was previously filled by renowned local surgeon Dr. Mohamed Solih.
Dr. Yasir specializes in internal medicine with 23 years of experience and has also been involved in the management of some hospitals.
Dr. Yasir is currently a member of the Malé City Group of Hospitals' Governing Board.
