State Trading Organization (STO) has decided to hold an event to share preparations for publishing its annual report and to discuss preparations for the Annual General Meeting with shareholders.
The event will see discussions on the company's strategic issues and provide shareholders with the opportunity to submit their views. STO said that the meeting is informal, and shareholders will not have the opportunity to appoint proxies. Typically, companies meet with shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Shareholders over the age of 16 must register before 11: 00 hrs on Friday to participate in the event.
Registration for the event is now open through the STO portal.
The event is scheduled to be held at 11:00 hrs on Saturday at the Training Institute on the 4th floor of STO Trading Centre.
STO has scheduled this year's AGM to be held in July.
