Maldives launches national campaign against domestic violence

Ministry of Gender, Family and Social Services on Wednesday launched a national campaign titled ‘Geveshi Gulhun’ to reduce instances of domestic abuse and violence.

The three-month campaign, which aims to raise awareness on domestic violence across the country, was inaugurated by Gender Minister Aishath Mohamed Didi in a virtual ceremony.
