Swiss national Dr Vitaly Lubimov has been appointed as the new CEO of the Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company (MIFCO).
This is the first time that a foreign national has been appointed to the position.

Dr Vitaly, a specialist in strategic crisis management with over 20 years of experience, officially assumed the role today.
