Supreme Court, on Thursday, upheld the order issued by High Court, on January 28, to shift former Vice President Ahmed Adeeb to house arrest following health complications.

Adeeb is serving a jail sentence longer than 30 years for terrorism charges over attempting to assassinate former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom and charges of corruption.
