Dhiraagu signs on as the digital partner for "Mufti Menk in Maldives"; a series of lectures by prominent Islamic scholar Mufti Menk, who is currently visiting the island nation.
The internationally renowned scholar is expected to host a series of religious lectures in the cities of Male', Addu and Fuvahumulah. On Friday, October 28, Menk is expected to give out a sermon at Islamic Center during Friday prayer.
This marks the fourth visit by Mufti Menk to Maldives. He previously visited the island nation, first in 2015 and then in 2016 and 2020.
During his 2020 trip, he had given lectures at Kulhudhuffushi and Addu Cities.
Signing on as the digital partner, Dhiraagu affirms it remains committed to promote values and principles of the Islamic faith in the Maldives. The telecommunication provider confirms that they will continue supporting similar efforts.
