Bayfancy has carried out major construction projects in China earlier and have a team of experts from the country. In China, Bayfancy has developed the 650,000 sqft Runda Villas, 150,000 sqft Runda Park, and 2 million sqft Runda International.
In Maldives, Bayfancy plans to develop a luxury apartment complex with one, two and three bedroom apartments. Bayfancy said that the complex would be developed using the latest technology with environmentally friendly, sustainable practices.
The company said that the 'Bayfancy Residence' in Hulhumale' would come equipped with a wide variety of facilities. The company said they are now preparing to commence construction of the building.
Highlighting that the company places high precedence on completing projects on time, Bayfancy assured that they would aspire to complete this complex, too, by the projected deadline.
